Despite the ongoing coronavirus situation, The Gin Guild pushed ahead with an online version of its Ginposium conference on 12th June.
The online sessions covered a host of subjects covering every aspect of gin distillation, including a presentation on process safety by Allen Associates MD, Scott Allen. The session explored the importance of safety compliance by design and outlined the steps every distiller should take to mitigate the dangers implicit in storage and production/working with high ABV spirit.
